Le giornate si sono allungate, le temperature sono più miti e si incominciano a risentire cinguettare molti più uccellini la mattina. La primavera sembra sia arrivata anche qui. Sembra perché non ne sono ancora del tutto convinta, qui basta una perturbazione in arrivo e si depositano altri cm di neve in poche ore. E dove vivo io la concentrazione di neve è più alta che in altre parti del mio comune. Ma che fortunella, vero?Avete presente la nuvola di Fantozzi? Sembra che io abiti lì sotto. Così mentre altri hanno già iniziato a rivedere quello che rimane del loro giardino dopo l’inverno io devo aspettare ancora. Ancora 2-3 giorni, credo. E smetterò di camminare maldestramente davanti casa sperando di non cadere sul ghiaccio. Perché purtroppo la neve sciogliendosi ha creato una “bellissima” lastra di ghiaccio che per quanto io versi sale e la rompa lei il giorno dopo si è riformata. Pazienza, non posso fare altro.
Fortunatamente il sole che filtra dalle finestre riscalda anche se il riscaldamento e il camino acceso sono in funzione.
Ricamare accanto a una finestra, rivedere il sole e sentire che scalda… è meraviglioso. Allora festeggiamo la neve che si scioglie con una bella torta di mele in una nuova veste.
Per la ricetta qui. Naturalmente ricoprite completamente le mele con l’impasto se volete avere questo effetto liscio. Così avrete una bella e liscia torta fuori con il cuore morbido di mele.
