Perché si sa un cantiere per quanto sia organizzato ed efficiente crea sempre disagio. Immancabilmente per quanto i lavori siano necessari c’è sempre un momento in cui ci si pente di averlo iniziato. Polvere, sporco e pile di oggetti e materiali accatastati alla meglio non sono l’ideale.
In questo post vi parlo del rinnovo del pianerottolo al piano superiore.
Vi mostro una foto di come fosse prima dei lavori e come promemoria per me. Rimango sempre stupita di rivedere le foto del rinnovo della casa, a quanto lavoro e a quanti cambiamenti sono stati fatti. Perché nella mia testa è sempre ben chiaro a come sarà alla fine del rinnovo e non mi soffermo spesso a come era.
Per molto tempo ho desistito perché c’erano lavori ben più urgenti quindi ho deciso di affrontare questo rinnovo in tanti “piccoli” step meditando tra un lavoro e un altro. Prima ho tinteggiato le pareti e il soffitto di bianco poi la parte bassa della parete in questo color catrame.
E infine il pavimento.
Ho cercato dal desistere dal rinnovarlo ma si sa io non amo il linoleum e con capisco come si possa usare quando sotto c’è, anche se vecchio, un pavimento in legno.
Polvere e tanto lavoro ma ora sicuramente è più confortevole e luminoso. Mi piace vedere come pian piano la casa diventi come avevo sognato quando ci siamo trasferiti qui, diventando sempre più bella e personalizzata da decorazioni fatte da me: una casetta per uccellini in attesa di essere abitata, o lo specchio realizzato con la tecnica decoupage, o una delle mie prime ghirlande.
Ho arredato con pochi mobili: una vecchia cassa in cui ho trovato tanti vecchi quotidiani ora conservati nel mia stanza dedicata al museo, una cassettiera rinnovata in stile shabby e un tavolo fatto con vecchie assi (naturalmente recuperate, tanto che ho avuto qualche piccola difficoltà di stabilità ma con “qualche” chiodo e vite in più ho risolto) e altri piccoli oggetti. Non molti per ora ma va bene così.
Avrò tutto il tempo di decidere al meglio se eventualmente aggiungere qualche decorazione anche se credo che sia già bello così.
